Fortunately for me, WDSU (NBC Affiliate in New Orleans) has given me a platform at times to spread the positive LOVE for my events or events I’m connected with. Here are 2 (out of 5). The first is 1 or 4 Live Spots that WDSU (thanks Kendall Francis!!) asked me to collaborate with them on from 2010 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival (marking my 20 year Anniversary of working the Fest … yes, since I was 18!). This spot features me discussing how to eat Vegan at Jazz Fest. I had written my Blog and eNewsletters in the past on this very topic so they wanted me to share this with their audience as well. The 2nd spot featured happens to be of WDSU Reporter Randi Rousseau interviewing me & Mike Griffin (NOSD, Inc.) for the “FabuNOLA presents: FiestaNOLA ~ Sexy Salsa Sundays” dance night I created at the Blue Nile in New Orleans in 2010 (ran for 6 months before I had to head back to VA to assist my Family with their health). I also incorporated Chef Kevin Smith “Edible Alchemy” & Holly Hawthorne of “Holly’s Tamales” into the mix to provide and sell flavorful, affordable & Vegan and Gluten-Free & Soy-Free dishes to our dance crowds!!
