Be a part of history! Tomorrow Saturday, March 14, join OTRA for a historic direct departure flight to Cuba. This is a historic opportunity, as this will be the first nonstop flight from New Orleans to Havana since 1958. Spread the word!!!! Invite Latin dancers. The band and the organizers would love to have dancers as part of the celebration. LOTS of National & International Press (CNN, BBC, etc.).

La. Business Leaders Embark Upon Trip to Explore New Opportunities in Cuba
WHAT: A group of nearly 80 Louisiana business and civic leaders, and attorneys will depart from New Orleans for the week-long Cuba Hoy Conference in Havana, marking the first nonstop flight from the Crescent City to Cuba since 1958. Conference organizers will host a sendoff celebration for conference attendees, civic leaders and friends before the flight to Havana departs from the airport.

Directions: Park in the short term parking garage (parking NOT validated for event). Enter the terminal from Level 4 Zone C.
Proceed down the escalator to the Parabola Lobby. Proceed up the escalator above concourse C checkpoint and turn right. The Board Room is located on the mezzanine level above concourse C (opposite of the bank.)
WHY: The Cuba Hoy Conference sendoff will give conference attendees and organizers an
opportunity to meet and greet one another before the trip, as well as set the stage for an exciting week in Havana.
